Justin is recognised as a leading socio-demographic and spatial analysis expert in Ireland. Through his role as the Director of the All-Island Research Observatory (AIRO) and consulting work with People and Place Limited, he has delivered a wide range of analytical projects for Government Departments, Regional Assemblies and Local Authorities. Justin’s work has played an important role in developing the evidence base that supports the National Planning Framework (NPF), the Regional Spatial and Economic Strategies (RSES) and the Metropolitan Area Spatial Plans (MAPS).
